Why Popcorn?

At Popcorn we understand that websites are business tools and have to perform accordingly. That is why we have been designing websites since 1996 and our design and development team has risen to 9.

There are a number of principles that underpin our approach and that we ask you to buy into. They are listed below...

Our Latest Work

Established in 1992, STI is now one of the leading specialist school and group tour operators in the United Kingdom organising sports tours, adventure holidays, ski trips, music and educational tours for school, college and club groups for all ages both at home and abroad.

To help promote their offering they asked us to design, build and manage a new website to showcase the tours and destinations they provide.

Our Principles

  1. We are client led and user focused - we make every effort to understand your wants and to identify the needs of your business and the users of your website. In this way, we can deliver a website you are proud of and that helps you do business with your customers.
  2. Creating a website is a collaborative process - not just internally between our designers and developers, but extending out to you. Your engagement in the process is vital in delivering a quality product. For this reason, we see you as integral to the project team and rely on you for timely and constructive feedback and input.
  3. Quality is not an optional add-on - aspects that define the quality of a website cannot be left out. In this way aspects that ensure a good user experience are central to the design process.
  4. We are transparent in our dealings with customers and suppliers - we have no hidden costs or agendas. Transparency all round is essential to good relations and good websites.
  5. We aim to deliver a high-quality product at a reasonable price - we aren't the cheapest around and we don't pretend to be. We believe we are truly amongst the best though and deliver excellent value for money.
  6. If the customer has a problem, we have a problem - we make every effort to be responsive to your needs. We will deal with any issues raised and provide timely feedback - please let us know if there is something you are worried about.
